We began soliciting his advice very early on during discussions for a person to person sale, one which he would have not gained from. After that deal fell through, my wife and I wanted Charles to help us find a home that would work for us. He was able to help us narrow down a wide range of needs for our house, and helped us focus on a more specific geographic area, which made looking at individual homes much easier. Once we found the perfect house, Charles moved quickly to help us draft an offer before a scheduled open house. Once the sellers accepted, he was prompt with all paperwork and able to explain any questions that arose along the way. Charles definitely made our first time home buying experience a breeze.

From the very first day, his honesty, integrity, and hard-work won us over, and he never stopped until we found a home we were happy with. He was constantly on the lookout for places in our price range and needs even in the months before we made a bid. He made sure that we had a pre-approval for our mortgage so our offer would be more likely to be accepted. He was with us at every step of the process, responding to emails and phone calls promptly (even when after hours). He even went out of his way to appear at our closing, and signing of documents even though he did not need to be there, and made sure to inspect the premises personally to make sure that the sellers had done everything asked of them. Even after closing, he has kept in contact to make sure that even little issues are addressed and that we are fully satisfied. I have never met anyone so dedicated and professional to his client.
